i'm working on a back story for Toxic, but idk if this isnt too cliché pfft
basically, he's an hybrid, coming from another dimension where the black arms wernt killed and even live in peace with mobians, and Toxic is one of the rare children of an union between a mobian and a black arm, idk yet how he got to Sam's dimension tho.

they met one or two months after Sam woke up from his coma, Toxic loved Sam at first sight, but Sam just found him funny and decided to "keep him". he slowly got attached to his little hybrid (Toxic is smaller than Sam) and Sam love to upset him
