Species: Albino Husky Dolphin
Dr. Glug escaped from a high tech human research facility. They were using him to help in their oceanic scientific research while also using gene therapy to see if they could increase his intelligence. They did it a bit too much. Going slightly mad, he taught himself how to read and partially communicate with the humans, and demanded equal rights. Knowing that it could lead to the government shutting them down, they decided to euthanize Glug.
He discovered their plot, and blew up their entire facility with them inside it. He wandered the ocean until he met his new pod leader/boss, who convinced him to return to the destroyed lab and salvage equipment, which Glug then used to create a lab of his own in an underwater cavern.
There he creates weapons/inventions. Quite often using them to destroy human facilities, ships, and aircraft, so he can get more parts for things he wants. Dr. Glug has christened himself a doctor for his intelligence, if a human can be one, so can he, he certainly has the knowledge for it having learned everything from his previous slave masters data bases.
He's obsessed with ocean garbage/litter, particularly aircraft wreakage, he collects plastic bags and rings as a hobby.
Wears spandex uniform (modified), flipper gloves, goggles, and a plastic bag over part of his dome/face.
