Here we finally mark the start of Behind the Lens. What better way than to start with some good deep thrusts? We hope all who view this will enjoy our comic and will follow our progress. -------------------------------------------------- Shoot 1
Hmm... Its strange to see this since it has such a different art style then the first shoot. But no doubt this will be just as good if not better then the first. Can't wait to see what's in store.

Hehe, looks like I could have a favourite character... Humphrey! ^w^ N'awww, but this is looking like a very good start to the 2nd series and, being honest, I much prefer, at least Rusty's look in, this style more than the last. I loved the first series, and this series looks like it's going to have a lot more in store for it... I'm waiting in absolute anticipation as to how this chapter will unfold. =]

Why the change in style? Did the old artist leave or something? I'm not really a big fan of realistic furry art. Atleast not for anthros. It's not bad or anything, just sorta a surprising change as never said anything about it. Pretty sure it'll grow on me but liked the old style better. Never liked realistic art its like if want see that I'll look out a window, and yes I know anthros arent real but i have 4 cats so see that alot too. Anyways looking forward to the next shoot, and pretty sure this new style will grow on me.

Not just the first frame, all of it is off. There are very strong inconsistencies with the facial proportions and even the style it's drawn in. His right eye (on your left, 5th panel) also looks like it was drawn backward and is a bit too far up on his face. With the angle, it should also be smaller.
Normally, I wouldn't complain, but such a dramatic style change is unnecessary in the same comic, especially with so many inconsistencies/mistakes in said new style.

I actually prefer this art style to the previous one. The characters in the first shoot looked too smooth for furry characters whereas this art style gives more attention to the fact that they are "furry" characters. I like your new artist's work. No offense to the previous one, though. I look forward to the rest of the pages. <3

Can't wait to see what happens in this edition. I'll reserve my opinion on the new style for when something actually happens, though it looks promising. What's with the DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD?

I'm not gonna stop reading, I am very interested in this project, but I just preferred the older art style. It's your stuff, go for whatever you like, I'll read it (And watch you) regardless.

I think the change in styles is neither better or worse, but different! And the difference, if employed for a reason -supporting the emotional value, or ambiance change, etc- may prove to be a delighting feat. I can't wait to see what will become of this second installment. Thank you for sharing this with us.

actually the reasoning behind that is because Easy had tight time constraints and wouldn't have been able to effectively work on the comic this fall with school in the way...plus it offered no money which, as an artist, he needs xD;

Hmm. The first version of Rusty seemed to be cuter and more cartoonish, while this one seems more serious :P
Although I liked the cartoony look a bit better, I can't wait to see what's in store for Shoot #2! ((Also to see how it looks and feels after a few pages))
