That never works in Jrpg games. The hero falls alone, then the hero's friends arrive and deus ex machina the hero back to fightng+boss beating state. It's always like that. Well...in some games I've played (Parasite Eve) the last level minions did manage to make me use up a good portion of my HP restoring items, which made the last boss fight considerably more challenging... Divide and Conquer is a valid tactic, but against the protagonist it's kind of useless......only in games tho'! >:3
