The bat shaped eyeshine in her pupils has always been somewhat interesting, too. Any reason for that other than vamp and looks neat?

She's not actually a vampire even, it's just a very clear signpost for "I'm indisputably evil." I loved making her because I always thought "Nori needs a friend who's actually really good at villainy and doesn't care about killing people but also just likes him, unlike virtually everyone else who inverts all of that.
