A new OC yay!! This time, I decided to bring together Kiva's cousins one by one and Thundar here is one of the energetic cousins whose hard working and totally playful nature make her a perfect combo for any Pokemon team. While it is unclear of what team she is joining, She is proud to either be one of the new cadets of the Sun explorers, or a new member in the Wave Riders.
