Ctheyna is a member of a species I made up... to make her. lol
Used a lot of evolutionary science building her, because I didn't want to derp and be like "MAGIC!"
Her species are mammals that evolved from eels on a world with very few land masses, so there's a lot of fish-based biology going on with her species. There's also a good deal of fantasy for the wings... because the only explanation for the wings I could come up with was the need to explore, and there being so little land and so much terrifying ocean to cross. Although, there are birds that dive into the water to fish, so maybe there's a bit of that going on.
