I did mention a pokemon parody of Naruto namely Nalucario and I was kinda curious as to make him or not. Well, The result is the evolved form of Neo The Riolu in a Naruto costume. I did based this design on Neo himself and wow he looks totally amazing. I do hope this is his halloween costume or I might need to tell stella and Kiva that Nalucario is none other than Neo himself. Looks great though.
