Wow, I really thought I added a description to this... anyway
I'm really happy how this came out. I love my crazy necromancer. I like how the shading came out. The floating skulls were a last minute addition. I figured that since he's a necromancer that he'll have spirits hanging around him and talk to him which then he would talk back to or swat at if they annoy him. He'll probably use them to spy on people and possibly temporarily possess a person. A friend had mentioned that she wasn't used to seeing Decay with his ribs exposed so I altered the pic to make him skinny since one of his problems was that he hardly eats. And added stitches to his pants.
