A gift for my friend Ashley the Jolteon, and she needed a better icon, so I made this for them. This was originally an icon rough sketched by
and I decided to redraw it in my own style. For those of you that question the eyes in this image, Jolteons don't have pupils. Jolteons have black instead of a blue color. This is the reason this image may look a bit odd when it comes to the eyes.
