Stella was jealous seeing that she did not got a chance to do the underwear challenge with the sun explorers so she decided to do it herself. One problem though: She does not have any panties on her collection list however, There was a healthy supply of male undies lying around in her closet and she took this advantage to wear them herself. It looks ridiculous and strange, But she totally nails it along with the blue scarf. Oh, And she is also a big naruto fan so she has a head band of the ninjas in the show as a match of her Hokage like cuteness.
