Guys it sounds to me like Cooper and Andy used to be much better friends in the past and that is what he is trying to portray in this comic. It looks like Cooper only became a butthole because of peer pressure by his friends as well as his own major insecurities about feelings toward other dudes, specifically Andy. I bet prior to this Cooper and Andy probably had lots of video game nights and stuff.

yes... i understand that, but that doesn't excuse his ongoing "butthole-ness", all it shows is that he was easily manipulated into bullying someone and continued to do it later into his life because it was easier that way, even going so far as to try and ruin his reputation/progression. I'm just confused about why we should care about cooper at all. (I am enjoying the comic though :3, just saying I'm not surprised he was always an ass)
