A small business owner who provides electronics goods to average consumers. Sometimes works with Tails and other like-minded knowledgeable individuals, sometimes works with Eggman. As long as it works in favor of his business, he'll consider it.

Laid-back, often uncaring, unless an opportunity presents itself to promote/expand his business or gain new inventory. Also dabbles in hypnotism and study thereof.
Likes/Dislikes
Likes doing honest; dislikes being cheated by supplier or customer. Likes tinkering with some things; dislikes frustration of not being able to figure out technologies. Likes hypnotism and shiny suits; dislikes assumptions people make because of these interests (even if they're sometimes true). Likes making his hair nice and wearing eyeshadow; dislikes having to correct people when they assume he's a woman because of his hair and eyeshadow, also when someone wrecks his hair.
