No spoilers from me, just a bit of advice: there is A LOT of hate for this game. Sure, it has its flaws, but try to remember that this game is the first Sonic game on the PS4, Xbox One, and the Switch. Give your honest opinions on the game, but in the end, try to have as much fun as you can. And don't join the Sonic hate bandwagon. We've lost so many so-called "fans" of this series already.
Also, love the art. The stage you drew Gadget* (My name of the wolf) is definitely one of my favorites in this game.

yeah there is a lot of hate, i expected it to be honest i thought bringing out mania close to forces was a bad idea as now people are compairing it even though there is really no comparison because they are so very different games and gameplay styles. i really enjoyed a lot about the game. and i would like a sequel honestly or more games based on this concept.

I agree, the music there is indeed phenomenal and this game would do great with a sequel, if not another game based on this concept. Just no Classic Sonic. The Avatar and Modern Sonic works just fine for this game, just need to get more experience with the new engine, make the controls more fluid so things aren't so stiff, and build up what they did here because it was a really fun game.

This game......Leaves me mixed. On one side, I love the premise ! I love the idea of Eggman conquering the world, and Sonic's friends rounding up a resistance to fight him ! It's perfect ! Even Jackal Squad sound interesting on paper !
But the execution is soooo lazy, everyone are still cheerleaders, Sonic is still the same as Colors and Lost World, and.....there's just so much wasted potential.
Anyway, when are we going to see Zero (a.k.a. pre-mask Infinite) or his team done by you ? :D

I absolutely love this. For all it's faults, this particular stage in Forces looks stunning & trippy as fuck once Infinite activates the Phantom Ruby. This totally seems to capture the momentary return to reality as he toggles it off.
