Kassmere, or Kass for short. She's a kirlia from an RP me and my friend are doing, i decided to draw her on my spare time.
She uses a combination of double-team and confusion, a play around the "link-move" feature from the old mystery dungeon game-- but i'll go into detail about that thing when i decide to make a proper ref of her so bleh.
