This is Ruby Dragem, someone I drew a LONG time ago, but couldn't find the old sketch. I wanted to draw her again mostly to bring her back from the pockets of my memory. She's the daughter of Minnie Dragem, and the one her home land is named after. Generally she's just Minnie with a more extroverted and upbeat personality, but you'll probably see her a lot more often than you would Minnie.
1. If Ruby and Minnie were to wear the same outfit, you almost couldn't tell them apart. Ruby does have slightly longer hair and is far more likely to smile though. plus thier voices are different with Ruby's being higher pitched. Ruby is also more chubby while Minnie is more muscular/big boned.
2. In the story, Minnie does refer to Beau as her daughter and Ruby revers to Beau as her adoptive sister. In reality Beau is Ruby's aunt and Minnie's sister, but they do that to conceal the identity of Mammary, who is the goddess that started the ranch but was too modest to make her presence known.
3. Like Soula, Minnie really is the type that you wouldn't want to generally see if she HAD to show up. Ruby is usually the one who will greet visitors and show them around town. If she REALLY likes you, she may introduce you to Minnie, but if Minnie shows up on her own and doesn't appear to be in a good mood, err on the side of caution. Course you'll know you're in trouble if Ruby starts to get upset anyway. Long as Ruby's happy though, you're fine, and so is Minnie.
