Okay, even though CSP lacks the ability to divide the red and blue channels of an image to cause a light distortion effect, I feel this makes up for it, considerably owo I mean, CSP can't even properly render gradients are certain places from how bad it is.

But I digress, here we have my favorite Megaman character ever ^w^ Sharkman.exe, arriving to a crime scene that has already been ravaged by viruses and left in ruins.

This is my twentieth entry for Inktober from the official Inktober promps, I'll be trying to follow the theme of uncommon characters that I've never drawn before, today was Sharkman.exe's turn.
