Second: He is standing on one leg with his full weight while holding that dumbbell. Bad idea. High probability of losing balance leading into a breaking of right ankle, followed with fall and damaging of right knee and spine during impact thanks to additional weight of dumbbell. Third: He is smoking in a training area.

not necesarilly true. I didnt make the dumbell that wide or anything, and hes rather buff. So i dont see that impossible for him to hold it. And yes he is standing in one leg, though with the other one he is resting or sharing the weight as he is leaning to the "wall", i just didnt draw it. Though the body language should make it obvious that he is resting against something, not just skipping with one leg. And as for the third point, he doesnt have to bve in a training area. He could be in a personal training room. Even in youtube some weightlifters record themself lifting while smoking or drinking a beer.
