Bio: A member of the European Resistance, Lena is a scientist, her studies have been based in lycanthropy ever since high school after meeting Jacob Steinmeier. Jacob was a born werewolf who wanted to find a way to control the transformations, giving werewolves a better chance to have normal lives. Lena helped him the best she could ever since they both met, eventually, they started dating and became a couple.
After several years of research, they both were successful in finding a way to improve self control, just to be ambushed by The Organization, who stole their research. Jacob put up a good fight and told Lena to escape with the research books, however, they were both captured.
The head of the Organization used their research to create the Deadly 7. And after watching Jacob's potential, they used him as one of the Deadly 7, codenamed Diesel. Lena was forced to continue the research, in order to control the Deadly 7 and use it as a weapon to control the werewolf population.
After the Organization was discovered by Ivan Kasyanov and company, they started a campaign to bring it down. Eventually attacking their stronghold in Eastern Europe where Lena was captive. Ivan himself found Lena inside a research lab, immediately knew she was a prisoner since she had handcuffs, so he freed her and told her to get out. Lena took advantage and gathered a few books and a copy of the original serum she and Jacob created. Ivan used an explosive device to blow up the lab, so everything was lost, except Lena's notes and the serum copy. As they were escaping, the European Resistance was surrounded, and in an attempt to allow their escape, Lena threatened to destroy the serum. After the threat didn't worked so well, Lena instead injected herself with it, after that, she grabbed a gun and pointed it at her head, threatened to kill herself if they are not allowed to leave. The head of the Organization thought of using this to trace all members of the Resistance once and for all, so they were allowed to escape.
As a result of the injection, Lena became a werewolf. Different from regular werewolves, Lena can indeed control her transformations at her own will. She have not experienced any side effect, so that means that the serum works. Ivan, realizing this, he knew that Lena is not only a valuable member for the Resistance, but for the werewolf community in its entirely. Lena was allowed to stay with them and allowed to continue her research, in exchange, she asked for the capture of Diesel, alive.
After several attempts, Ivan was able to capture Diesel. For some unknown reason, Diesel seems more calm around Lena, so he has been under her surveillance ever since. Lena has focused her research in find a way to allow Diesel to regain his own personality. Also his capture made the Resistance to move more frequently to avoid getting tracked for having Diesel and Lena with them.
Ivan has also kept Lena and Diesel's real nature from other packs, even from Zelcius. The fact that Diesel was one of the Deadly 7 was revealed in a visit from Zelcius and Kyra, but they have managed to keep Lena's secret still. She also allows herself to change every full moon to avoid giving suspicious activities.
Lena has got very attached to the European Resistance, and made great friends with Anamaria and Viktor. She doesn't want them to die protecting her so she has learned to fight ever since, although not allowed unless extremely necessary. She won't stop her research until the Organization is vanished and Diesel wakes up from his living nightmare.
