A design for an original character I'm noodling with. The end result of watching too much 3rd Rock From the Sun and Avatar. What we have here is an alien sent to study Mobius. Normally he would scan the population and construct a bio-mechanical puppet body based on the mean average DNA. Unfortunately, at the time the scan was being run, a certain high speed hedgehog was tearing through an empty Robotropolis, so this was the result. There's more too it, but I'm not really ready to give my secrets away.
