This is Petey Sealizard, the son of Marine Sealizard and therefore grandson of Admiral. He's a team member of Starky's adventures who primarily helps with aquatic based missions and is the primary reason Starky and Stardra end up visiting Ocealand to help solve the Amphian crisis.
1. I mention names a lot, honestly, Petey is purely called Petey cause Petey is one of my favorite names. I have no idea why. (It's also one of the reasons Petey Piranah is one of my favorite Mario characters, again I have no idea why).
2. Speaking of his name. His last name "Sealizard" isn't actually supposed to be pronounced correctly. He often pronounces it "Sea-al-lizard" with an emphasis on the second syllable as if saying "Seal-Lizard". Everyone else pronounces it as "Sea lizard" when they see it, but the reason it's mispronounced is due to his ultra thick accent.
3. His ultra thick accent is a cockney accent inspired by some video I saw on Deviant Art. If you look up "Chimley Sweep" you'll see it. I just LOVED his voice and pictured Petey talking that way ever since. In universe, his accent comes from his mother, who picked up a somewhat british sounding tongue from her father, who speaks so many accents at once, you can't tell what he is.
4. When it comes to relationships, Petey and Baiyo are in the most interesting one and serve as an example of what it means to be in a Starmaninjian relationship. Though Petey and Baiyo don't live together, and rarely (if ever) get intimate, their partnership is based mostly on being childhood friends and inseparable. The problem is, Petey hates the extreme heat of her volcanic home, and Baiyo is allergic to water (not really, but she acts like she is) and Petey lives in a submerged base. Despite their differences, they prove that even long distance relationships still can work in this ultra intimate universe, as they contact each other all the time and often go on adventures together, with Petey usually complaining about Baiyo's vast overkilling of a simple generic Shadow and Baiyo convincing the young Naval commander to turn his lack of a backbone to a torpedo. They do have a child who mostly takes after Petey despite Baiyo (being the dominatrix succubus she is) only really mating with him once or twice (and against his will, he's quite afraid of her strong sexuality). He usually dives underwater or throws Kao in her way to distract her when she gets aroused, and that's pretty much every second. Still, the two openly admit they couldn't live without the other, despite thier extreme differences.
