But is he dressing or undressing? It's been ages since I've drawn Biscuit and thought I should do so. The recurring theme with him before was that he constantly had his pants taken from him. Forcing him to hide his tush. Last time I drew him like this was in 2012! Oh and those flaps on his pants. Those flaps have velcro on them. So once he pulls his pants up, he connects those above his tail, so his tail has a little spot to stick out of.
