I thought this sounded like stoner music after I made it. You would never guess where the original source is from unless I told you.
I took the classic PokeRap from the anime and found the instrumental. Then I slowed it down to 70% speed maintaining pitch, cut it up in various pieces to keep all the good stuff, added denoiser effect, Dynamics effect, and Tremble effect for that electric guitar sound. Then I just edited the volume a bit.
