Hurhur is not only a god but he is also, just like his twin brother Hush, a holy beast. Pretty much only in this form does Hurhur's "god of tracking" trademark ability/power prove actually reliable.

Moreover, while in the process of tracking, he serves as a comfy fluffy mount for Nezz from time to time, and thanks to his sabreteeth, he also talks in a quite amusing manner : P
