I thought about that but that's most unlikely - it would be the very first time I'd see Rouge's ears this mobile. Plus, there would be no continuity (and no logic) with previous image above.

Buuuuuuuut now that I look at it once again... The inner line of her ear should intersect her upper forehead (and not be behind the head), which is not the case... And would on the contrary be in continuity with a rear-faced ear..........

Yeah, the inner part of the ear is supposed to be facing away from the viewer in this instance but if the way I drew it fails to convey that properly then it is completely my fault. Sorry if it is confusing. I'll try to avoid the same mistake in future instances.

That's not really a failure, Rouge got some pretty "solid" ears with a strong base, and giving them motion more than just point up/lower a bit is really tricky. After analyze I think you did the best you could with that material...

To be fair, a lightning strike would likely cause a tremendous amount of muscle spasms, and would actually cause a physical blow. It could -definitely- dislocate a few bones.
