This is Sunny Kangastyle. A character I've been meaning to draw for a long while (and FINALLY completes Johnathy's playable cast on my site). There are older images of her but I wanted to update her look to look more like a Macrosunian,
1. Sunny is incidentally one of the few intentionally Japanese themed characters of mine. When I first started making characters, I found anime was influencing me far too much and got annoyed with myself, so out of respect, I only used particular cultural themes when I fully intend to match the theme inspired by the culture. It's also why despite Drake and Drane appearing "Chinese" given their homeland, I never refer to them as "Chinese" (but strictly Sauradonian or Pagodranian specifically as his home is called "Pagodrake Palace"). Beyond loving the architecture and music style, the culture the Dranans follow aren't meant to match Chinese culture exactly, and same applies to Sunny.
2. I couldn't fit it in the on site description but do plan to add more fields like Trivia and "Family" on the character pages eventually, but Sunny is also Emerald's cousin. Bunny Kangrabbit is half Tsuni, half Rizu, the Tsuni side comes from Sunny's parents. Just as the Rizu side eventually produced Spring. Rabbits DO multiply after all.
3. This Y pose was a PAIN to get to fit on the tiny sketchbook paper I used. I wanted to digitally color this one to complete the image. By coincidence, I ended up changing her colors as when Red was the dominant color, I had trouble with the contrast.
4. An evil Oni demon has attacked her and her home for many years, prompting her to train very hard to eventually take him down. His curse is why she has a red eye, though ironically, the red eye can see better than her regular eye. It helps when she sees mostly blue in the skies she lives in.
5. Sunny is the youngest Elemental Master. Physical is the one element that can be mastered at a young age very quickly, but it takes extraordinary discipline. Grass, Fire, and Water are much easier to master but take longer due to the need to learn how to use magic, but physical, everyone is born with a body that can punch and kick, so it's the same thing that real body builders and martial artists go through. Making it the easiest, or hardest element to Master. Kiera is also an elemental Master of Physical, but she's only 35 years older than Sunny anyway.
6. The thumb on the Boxing gloves are fake and stitched to the main part. Sunny has paws for hands actually.
