Digimon Story, huh? Digimon is property by Bandai/Namco so it cannot be made by SEGA, then again I did see "unofficial" references to the SEGA logo in games that were not made by SEGA so I dunno.

well i was roaming around in Akihabara. So that's was where the actual Sega building is in that district in Tokyo.

Akihabra, eh? That's the same town from the Akiba'Strip/Akiba's Beat games made by SEGA, that explains a lot, looks like this game is licensed/approved by SEGA too, like the Hyperdimention Neptunia games where even the ones that aren't made by SEGA get a lot of SEGA refferences like Dreamcast-like-consoles and such, being Neptune, the main protagonist in the games, a character that portrays SEGA.
