I don't see a reason to hate this pic simply because you were inspired to make a creepy character by a bunch of creepy characters (putting it somewhat lightly...obviously). Take inspiration where you can my friend.
Honestly to me it doesn't quite evoke an image of a pyramid head-ish character, it kinda reminds me of some of the other strange distorted vaguely humanoid foes. This is especially true when you look at the legs, while the hands remind me of Mitochondria Eve from Parasite Eve in case you aren't familiar.
