And so here is the first real art of my mascot/fursona, Gwenevere!
Had the idea for her to appear on a stage, but then it turned into some kind of glass stage in a far-off Vaporwave-esque galaxy, where let's assume she lives. Gwenevere is a chimera, Spectral Bat/Bearded Vulture/Giant Hornet hybrid. I'm a lot happier with this than I thought, especially with what I was able to do with the background; it's inspired by the ATV-10 background in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AB4Ykkla0l8.
Looking around at other art, I really dislike all these character portraits with just a character on a stark white background. Do something with the background!
