Flurry looked over the ruins of her home, the Crystal Spire City, capital of the Empire, was now a blasted ruin filled with dead and dying. They came in with force, hoping to overwhelm the city with numbers. But the Crystal Ponies dug in, all mare and stallions able to fight answered the call to arms. Even as the main army was run down, the home grown resistance grew exponentially. Now the forces of Equestria were in the city, fighting street to street and building to building in bloody close quarters combat. Flurry could only hope that this campaign ends soon.
