Poor Big Stan. Looks like a resurgent bacteria monster got 'im. Wretchedpileofsecrets decided to give the bacteria a long prehensile tongue to grab Stan with him, something they lacked in the actual episode (that we know of, anyway), similar to what Syndrome has done in his work with the creatures.
