I know this is quite confusing but allow me to explain x3
See, a while ago I thought of a story to fit the whole Lilly and Sonic AU and I came up with a part where Lilly, because of looking after Sonic, wanted another baby but did not have a boyfriend to have one with. She would constantly try to date guys but would never find one that was suitable... so she considered trying a donor in desperation and was able to have the baby that she wanted :3
She had a little girl named Ivy, who was born at home, with the help of Sonic and a doctor, on the 22nd of June, a day before Sonic's birthday :heart: Since Lilly could not find a significant other, Sonic volunteered to be a father figure for the baby (as well as a brother) until she could find one. He helps Lilly by changing Ivy's diapers and doing household chores whenever she is feeding or bonding with Ivy ^^
I also thought it would make more sense for Ivy to look a lot like Lilly as well, aside from her freckles and dark green eyes, which were inherited~
Not sure whether to keep this AU or not but I just though it would be cute to give Sonic a baby human sister to protect :3
