Sorry but he is not up for offers. at this point everyone im willing to consider an offer on has been moved to either the cheap adopts folder or the offer to adopt folder. Prices listed are the bare minimum id consider , and some ill be very picky on , so its better to offer over minimum price if u want a better chance ill accept. A lot of these guys were super personal characters of mine , so there hard to part with.
