Oh balls. Who is this man? Is he the monster? He's the monster isn't he?

A monster that likes to humble brag.

Didn't we see Kas become the monsters victim though?

Yep.
A record: page 30
He dead. Sooo dead. Or at least... "Disarmed".
So either:
A.) This happened before he died which seems unlikely based on what they are taking about and them having the disks
B.) He did die, and he's now alive which is unsettling.
C.) He did die and he's still dead, more unsettling.
D.) He didn't die... In which case how does he have an arm and why isn't he talking more about that.

And finally the most likely case; This ain't him. And the question there is who and why?

What's that thing on his left arm under the sleeve I wonder?

Personally I'm betting an impostor, but one thorough enough to replicate the radiation damage shown in the video.

Those are his natural markings in his fur. Look at the page referenced by talon2point0, and you will see what I mean.
Impostor? Perhaps, but not one of the monsters. If they could shapeshift, and be this articulate, they could have somehow talked Kas into handing over the disks.

Not the first time we've seen shapeshifters. Not saying that this Kas is a bug, just that shapeshifting is nothing new.

I'm more concerned with the why though. If they went through the trouble of imitating Kas, they could of easily taken the disks already.
I'm more interested in what this imposter would want. I believe that it's someone like the Man in Black who wants to subtlely change the course of things without having to get directly involved. Just a theory anyways...

The devices that the "bugs" used just overlaid their forms with another image, kind of like a holograph generator. While I don't know how advanced the SIU's tech is, I don't believe it would fool them.
