Today is the 20th anniversary of the Captain Underpants books by Dav Pilkey. September 1st 1997. Let's celebrate for the waistband warrior who fought for truth, justice and all that is pre shrunk and cuttony for all these years. Faster than a speeding waistband, more powerful than boxer shorts and able to leap tall buildings without getting a wedgie. Despite those books are new to me since March and April this year.
