Yuki thought that having someone in her belly would make her training harder, which was correct. But as she found out so is it kind of hard to do certain kinds of training when an enormous belly filled with prey gets in the way. Hey, at least Brais feels like he's helping her, and she can't yell at him for getting in the way because it was she who swallowed him in the first place. You can't just be mean to a sweet Pokémon who haven't really done anything bad to you.
