Tis Simon, Desmond's brother. He does look very similar to Desmond.
Main differences are that Simon is slightly bigger, he has a more angled face, longer fur on the top of his head and green circles under his eyes (where Desmond has them in-front of his horns).
Thanks. I do seem to remember that Simon was mentioned a couple of times in the "Size Matters" comics and I most definitely remember seeing his stone in the roots of the family tree when Desmond was asking Chani to put hers there, as well.
