Character Description
A shy merman who is intrigued by the dry land.
Personality
Pylas is a shy person, and tends to avoid strangers. He is scared rather easily. Getting to know him is hard but not impossible. He is passionate and endlessly curious. Isn't sure what to do with his life.
Likes/Dislikes
Likes: Tranquility, learning about new things, visual tricks.
Dislikes: Being startled, sensory overload, being forced into socializing.
Background/History
Lived among his mermaid family until he was old enough to leave, and so he left to learn about the great big world. He soon however learned the world was a scary place, but since he had already made progress, Pylas did not return home. Continues to cautiously traverse the great big oceans, seas, and sometimes travels inland by river.
World/Setting
Fantasy world of Myrhe, a planet Earth set in medieval-ish-like age but where magic and myth run wild.
Body
Dark brown skin with glowing light blue markings. Hair is flowy and parts into circular parts. Light brown sea horse tail and horns.
Clothing
A cape-like cloth that covers his back and butt. He can't wear much else because of the seahorse scales protruding from his chest.
Accessories
Usually has a waterproof writing slate to record his findings. The slate is magical, and one can write on it endlessly, and finding previously-written records is a matter of a simple swipe.
