He got directed to PAMPs. Puppies Against Meanies Patrol... The uniform is an army shirt and a babysh diaper. It activities include constant diaper checks, code language( aka baby talk), crawl practice (a lot), trip around the battlefield on a specialized vehicle (stroller trip). And with no distraction from body needs (no bathrooms for the little kids)
