1) Always have a script ready, make it at least be halfway through the story. You'll be doing some changes to your story, I can assure you of that.
2) Make a dozen or pages before you start uploading, that is if you want to do a daily post. This will allow you to be ahead just in case something happens and be able to keep uploading.
3) Try to figure out what you want to do, do you want colored or black and white pages?
4) Once you have your characters, make sure they are fully explored and have info about them. Character sheets.
5) You will die, about a couple times so be prepared.
6) Try not to make it too long and make sure the story flows well and that it makes sense to the readers.
