A quick sketch I did in about 3 hours or so with my characters [edgelord] Clyde and Jathan.
I used pretty much zero body reference material other than colors and basic character designs, so I'm happy about that, although I'm sure some things might look a bit off.
Overall, experimenting with story scenes, body language, and facial emotion.
Tweaked some of Clyde's design, but I'm still a bit iffy on his total look.

Jathan, being his mentor and leader, is reminding Clyde that he's doing good with his training.
