Oh, okay. I only asked because the pendant that's used in the early pages of this comic looks like the half of the pendant that was taken from the girl in the prologue. Oh! While I'm thinking about it, did you use the panda girl in another drawing or comic? She looks awfully familiar.

The pendant Chandra has is the one she got in the prologue. There is more than one pendant of that type in the story ;) I never drew Lin, my panda girl, before. But she doesn't have a design that super-extraordinary, so it's quite possible that there are other similar designs out there :P

If this is the first time you've ever drawn Lin, then someone else has a panda girl and draws her in the same style you used here. Be that as it may, Lin is extremely cute. I wish I could remember where I saw the other panda girl that looks so much like Lin.

Hope I have the chance to ever meet Lin's doppelganger too :P In any case I'm glad you like her design. There will be more on her story in the future too :)

If I ever find the drawing that I mentioned, I'll let you know by sending you the link to the drawing.
Speaking of pandas, I recently commissioned an artist to draw a panda character that I created for a story I'm currently working on. When I get the finished product back, I'll let you know so you can see him. He's a golden panda. You might like him.

I'll be more than happy to share the drawing with you. Right now, I'm waiting for the artist to send me the downloadable file. As soon as I receive that file, I'll post it here on IB, along with every other site that I've got a page on. I believe you'll like him. His name is Jinse Xiongmao. (That translates into Golden Panda in Chinese according to Google translate.)

That's one interesting design! Looks like a proud and charismatic guy :P Thanks for sharing. This was certainly an approach to a panda character that was something I wouldn't have though before. Inrteresting :)

In the story, I decided that the male protagonist liked Chinese food (just like me) and wanted to do something a wee bit original. I had him (Michael Thomson) and the female protagonist (Amanda Fuchs) enter a restaurant named "The Golden Panda" and meet the owner, Jinse Xiongmao, who is a golden panda.

After over three months of trying to find the drawing I mentioned, I've come to the conclusion that the drawing of the panda girl that I saw that looks like Lin had to be Lin. I don't know how long you've been drawing her but I remember seeing the drawing I mentioned a couple of years ago. It was her in a pose similar to the one she's in in the third panel of this page.
