Introducing Kody's maternal grandparents (Josephine's Parents), Amos and Betsy Grey. They show up a great deal more in the current story canon than in the original story line. They grew up together and were married not long after the two dropped out of High School to work on the family farm. Betsy was predominantly a stay at home mother, raising two kits; Josephine and Joshua, while Amos was usually in the fields.
And yes, Betsy is named after my friend (and the artist who drew this) betsy
