It's hiss, somewhere between 15,000-20,000Hz, following the vocals so probably overtones, almost certainly on just that track. Got a parametric EQ? If so, you'll need to play around to find the actual band where it's occurring, but I'm pretty sure it's 'way up there, good and loud. (It's been a while since I've done this though, so be ready for that to be wrong.) If not, try a hiss filter, again on just that track.
