a new design and reference of my pokemon oc

He always tries to act rude and badass but his pokemon friends(and sometimes others) finds him as cute, he is a tough pokemon and always uses type advantage when he can and cheap tricks to win. friendly but short tempered, a good friend, respectful towards good rivals. Deals with nightmares and bad memories sometimes, for some reason attracts ghost type pokemon to attack him
