late present for an old friend. i agonized over the anatomy of this for hours. houuurrsss. the way hands are put together and length of arms in proportion to the body have always been hard for me, even with multiple references and looking at myself in a mirror. getting more comfortable with shading, though. the writing was intentionally handwritten; as a gift for someone i've been friends with for a long while i wanted the whole thing to feel a bit more personal than having things written out with a text tool.
