Cynthor Muunas, son to the ex-paladin and great Necromancer Edmond Muunas, the man who challenged the world and led the first Juuganian rebellion.

Born in war and raised in hiding, Cynthor is Jathan's closest friend, being almost like a brother to him.  Very few know of Cynthor's past, Jathan being one of them, but this must remain a secret less he be influenced by dark forces and become a catalyst to a new and terrible war.

Although dark in nature, Cynthor is quite kind and inviting.  He cherishes his friendships above all else and would rather choose to die than betray those he cares about.

However, something happened to Cynthor one day and he came back changed, almost corrupted or possessed.  Gathering and organizing the scattered Juugan forces and taking up his father's campaign and continuing the war against Tholus, Cynthor wields an ancient weapon, the Psionic War Scythe: The Wolfganger and a mysterious stone of magic.

He is the apparent villain in the story and is responsible for many atrocities in the land of Tholus, but despite this, there may be larger forces at work that even overshadow him.
