Here is my OC I am working on for Daniel Tiger who is a little Tiger Cub who I am working on for a big backstory along with his parents and fellow cub friends.
First off, his name is 条纹, or Tiáowén, which translated into English means Stripe. He is a little tiger cub who hails from Tibet along with his mother who escape from their due to an evil that has been cursed upon his mother due to a contract signed by her sister to a mischievous fox spirit many years ago before his birth. It is up to him and his mother to flee to the save heaven of the Neighborhood of Make Believe and start a new life.
His outfit I base off of Bodi's outfit from the Chinese American animated film Rock Dog https://vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/p__/images/8/8a/Bo... and while the film itself has a quantity of flaws, their were some good things about it that I wanted to incorporate into my own little story involving the Tibetan culture, plus the outfit was cute that I wanted to make a character for it, and his undergarment is a fundoshi that is a clothing article from japan.
