I'm with bencoon on this one. Diapers are just another type of underware and don't necessarily mean you're into cubs. :P Look at all the adults that have to wear diapers for some reason or another.
And if people got offended because you're character is wearing them then that is there problem for being a narrow-minded ignoramus. :P
