Luna's little princess, a dreamwalker and research mathematician at the National University of Equestria.

Introverted, curious, detached from most ponies, organised in her work but more laid-back in other areas, very sensitive to the world around her, usually generous to those who wish her for things

Likes: wish-granting, vector graphics, astronomy, travelling the world and experimental music, transforming into other creatures/objects
Dislikes: video games, movies, Pinkie Pie parties, ponies who don’t know what they’re doing, weapons, sometimes herself
Background/History
Parcly was born a unicorn to two pegasi, and she grew up distrusting them because of the difference in species – she was curious and smart, her head in the clouds, while her parents were more down-to-earth. One day (before she got her cutie mark) she had enough of it and ran away from her home, only to be struck down by a windigo who had sensed the hatred within her. She was admitted to hospital for the cancer that such a spiritual incursion caused, and for a few days all hope seemed lost, even with a treatment of paclitaxel.
At the last moment, she found a friend in that windigo, and the resulting fire of friendship they grew between them cured Parcly's cancer. She named that windigo Spindle, herself after the chemotherapeutic drug, and over the following months managed to complete a total synthesis of said drug, which got her a galaxy cutie mark. Once that happened, she was discovered and then coached by Princess Luna, eventually becoming a princess just like Twilight under Celestia.
She made herself a genie willingly after reading about their stories, and soon devised spells to transform into any creature she wanted.

Relatives/Family
Spindle is her windigo companion, providing emotional support and some temperature spells. Luna is her master and may sometimes take over her mind for a wish, but she prefers not to do so.
Besides Luna, Parcly has a long friendship with Twilight Sparkle, having been introduced to her after being accepted by Luna.
Body
A blue alicorn with a light-and-dark-pink mane and purple eyes. Her galaxy cutie mark has a hexagon for its core, of a colour between the two shades of blue used for the arms in alternating fashion.
Accessories
Parcly wears a horn ring everywhere, both as a mark of her genie-hood and to amplify her magic spells.
Her Saddle Arabian genie form trades the wings for other jewellery: a collar with a sapphire embedded, earrings, a wristband on the right hoof, three bracelets on the left hoof and a waistband when tethered to her bottle.
